A tree's cross-section fills the composition with concentric growth rings rendered in precise white linework against a black ground, each ring's texture meticulously detailed with fine parallel marks and radiating patterns. The organic form is framed by a rough, natural edge that echoes the bark's irregular boundary, creating a sense of nature preserved in time. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily.
