A black and white tuxedo cat gazes directly outward with striking golden eyes, draped in a voluminous scarf of jewel tones, bold stripes, and intricate patterning in shades of red, blue, yellow, and orange. The composition is framed by an ornate background of geometric shapes, circular motifs, and a colorful border that echoes the decorative maximalism of early twentieth-century Vienna, creating a sense of regal dignity around this feline subject.
