Description
A densely patterned rug from 19th century Azerbaijan displays an intricate floral composition woven in deep red, gold, and blue, with ornamental medallions and botanical motifs arranged across the field in traditional Heriz style. The warm terracotta ground is layered with elaborate scrollwork, flowering vines, and geometric borders that create a sense of richness and cultural heritage through its masterful weaving. In a traditional room with antique furnishings or a gallery wall celebrating textile history. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
