A golden ornamental ewer and scattered fruits dominate a dark composition where a vivid orange-red lobster sprawls across white linen beside lemons, oysters, and precious vessels arranged with deliberate theatrical drama. Light catches the metallic surfaces and jewel-toned produce against the shadowy background, creating the luminous intensity characteristic of Dutch Golden Age still life painting.
