Description
A traditional Azerbaijani rug unfolds in a symmetrical vertical composition, its deep burgundy and black field anchored by intricate geometric medallions and floral motifs rendered in cream, red, and touches of blue and gold. The densely patterned borders frame the center with repeating ornamental artworks, creating a rich tapestry that speaks to centuries of South Caucasian weaving heritage. At home in a gallery wall, a study lined with cultural textiles, or a space celebrating traditional craftsmanship. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
