A traditional prayer rug from the Kazak Southwest Caucasus region displays a symmetrical composition with a central red diamond medallion surrounded by a turquoise field, all framed by bold geometric borders in cream, red, and navy. Intricate geometric patterns and ornamental details fill every section, rendered in rich earth tones and jewel hues that evoke centuries of textile craftsmanship and cultural heritage. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
