A traditional Persian carpet artwork fills the composition with an intricate all-over floral pattern rendered in jewel tones of deep navy, burgundy red, and burnt orange, accented with touches of gold and cream. Ornate palmettes and radiating blooms are arranged in a symmetrical lattice across the field, bordered on both sides by dense bands of red scrolling vines that frame the central composition with rhythmic precision. Bound with 52 pages of 70lb paper, lined or unlined, behind an anti-scuff matte cover with wraparound artwork, made to order. Notes and sketches kept behind an independent artist's work, not a plain composition cover.
