Description
A densely patterned antique rug displays a warm rust-red field scattered with dozens of small geometric and floral motifs in cream, blue, and gold throughout its composition. Ornamental borders in contrasting cream and burgundy frame the intricate center, creating a rich, layered aesthetic characteristic of traditional East Turkestan weaving. At home in a traditional living room or study filled with cultural artifacts and heritage pieces. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
