Three kitchen knives rendered in detailed black and white stippled illustration, each blade etched with anatomical skeletal imagery that transforms them into memento mori objects. The composition arranges the knives vertically against a pale ground, their dark handles and patterned blades creating a meditative study on mortality hidden within everyday utility. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
