A richly patterned prayer rug in deep red and rust tones features a central mihrab niche framed by geometric and floral motifs in cream, gold, and deep blue, with an ornate border of intricate symbols and script surrounding the composition. The layered textile artwork exhibits the warmth and complexity of traditional Anatolian weaving, its aged palette suggesting centuries of cultural heritage woven into every detail. At home in a gallery wall, eclectic living room, or anywhere cultural textiles inspire conversation. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
