Description
A traditional East Caucasian flatweave displays an intricate symmetrical pattern of stylized botanical and geometric forms arranged across a deep indigo ground, framed by bold red and cream borders. Rich jewel tones of crimson, emerald, and gold accent the densely woven composition, creating a rhythmic, ornamental tapestry that speaks to centuries of textile craftsmanship. At home in a cultural study, a collector's gallery, or a room honoring global textile traditions. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
