Description
A traditional Kurdish East Anatolian prayer rug dominates the composition, its turquoise-blue niche rendered in luminous detail against an ornate field of deep red and warm cream. Intricate geometric and floral patterns frame the central motif in concentric borders, while delicate architectural elements and small figures populate the prayer space, creating a richly layered tapestry of cultural and spiritual significance. At home in a study, meditation space, or room celebrating textile heritage and global craftsmanship. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
