A wooden boardwalk extends into a turquoise alpine lake surrounded by towering evergreen forest and scattered boulders, drawing the eye through layers of deep greens and cool blues toward the distant tree line. The composition balances the geometric precision of the human-made pathway against the organic wildness of nature, creating a sense of solitary passage into wilderness. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
