Description

A collection of lemurs in various poses fills this cream-colored page, depicted in naturalistic brown and tan tones with careful cross-hatching and anatomical detail characteristic of 19th-century scientific illustration. The creatures cluster around stylized trees and branches in two tiers, captured mid-leap and mid-climb with expressive gestures that convey both their peculiar anatomy and their active nature. Printed on smooth white card stock and made to order, artwork on the front, blank inside, envelopes included in every set. A handwritten note that arrives as an independent artist's work.
