A ornate rectangular carpet artwork features a dark navy ground densely populated with gold and cream flowering vines arranged in symmetrical, layered borders that frame a central medallion. The composition recalls 17th-century French tapestry work, with intricate botanical motifs rendered in warm metallics against the cool ground, creating a sense of historical grandeur and decorative richness.
