Description
A classical marble bust depicts a woman's serene face crowned with writhing snakes in place of hair, rendered in soft monochromatic tones against a pale background. The composition balances mythological intensity with sculptural restraint, presenting the legendary figure of Medusa as a study in contrasts between calm visage and turbulent crown. At home in a gallery-inspired space or a room celebrating classical mythology and art history. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
