Description
A coral-pink flamingo curves gracefully against a cream background, its long neck and head rendered in soft watercolor washes that shift from peachy orange to deep rose. The bird's body and trailing tail feathers are composed of layered, petal-like brushstrokes in varying shades of red and pink, creating an organic, botanical quality that makes the figure feel as much plant as animal. At home in a bedroom, a modern kitchen, or a space celebrating warmth and whimsy. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
