Vertical stripes in warm beige and taupe form the foundation of this composition, interrupted by rows of small geometric diamonds in deep navy, burgundy, and purple that create a rhythmic pattern across the surface. The interlocking motifs and earthy palette evoke the handwoven tradition of North African textiles, with a sense of depth created through the staggered placement of colored elements against the neutral ground. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
