Description
A gridded window frame divides a layered urban landscape into twelve panes, each revealing stacked skyscrapers, architectural details, and the warm terracotta tones of nearby buildings against a pale sky. The composition uses the window's black muntins as a structural device, creating a gallery-like presentation of the city's vertical density and architectural variety in warm oranges, cool blues, and soft grays. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
