Description

Interlocking rectangular sections fill this composition with varied line patterns, from tight grids to parallel hatching to diagonal cross-hatch marks, creating a tessellated landscape of pure black lines on cream. The rhythmic interplay of directions and densities produces a hypnotic, almost architectural quality that reads as both ordered and organic. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
