Description

Layered petals in cream, gold, tan, and olive green form an abstracted peony blossom against a soft beige ground, its organic shapes overlapping to suggest fullness and depth. A dark stem anchors the composition while the muted, earthy palette and organic forms convey a quiet, meditative quality rooted in botanical observation yet rendered through contemporary simplification. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
