Saguaro cacti rise from layered desert hills rendered in warm ochres, burnt oranges, and deep browns beneath a turbulent sky of cream and gray. The composition uses flowing, organic bands of color to evoke the stratified geology of the southwestern landscape, creating a sense of timeless, weathered grandeur through its earthy palette and textured, painterly approach.
