Description

A grayscale figure in business attire sits against a vibrant pink ground, their head replaced by a solid black circle and a sharp geometric cone extending upward. The stark monochromatic cutout of the seated person contrasts sharply with the flat, saturated pink background, creating a surreal composition that feels both playful and psychologically charged. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.

About The Artist

Richard Vergez is a Cuban-American visual and sound artist. He was born in Philadelphia, PA, worked and lived in New York as member of the Brooklyn Collage Collective, and currently works and resides in South Florida. His background in graphic design and audio/visual collaboration is reflected through his hand-made collaged works on paper and mixed media. Imagery which combines both human and technological elements relates to ideas surrounding an ever-evolving modern dystopian identity.
