Description
A composition of stacked checkerboard patterns in blue and white, yellow and black, and green and cream creates a playful study in geometric repetition and color contrast. The overlapping sections suggest mid-century graphic artwork sensibilities, with each band of checks rendered in a slightly different visual rhythm that shifts the optical effect across the piece. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
