Description
A cream-colored composition presents eight African safari animals rendered in naturalistic detail, each species arranged in a balanced vertical layout. The anteater, rhinoceros, zebra, leopard, giraffe, hippopotamus, and monkey are depicted in warm earth tones and grays with fine line work characteristic of vintage natural history illustration. At home in a child's room, a nature lover's study, or an adventurous nursery. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
