Description
A gnarled sagebrush plant rises from sandy ground against a deep charcoal background, its feathery green foliage rendered with delicate brushwork and pale mineral-like branching. Surrounding the central plant are botanical study elements: golden seed clusters, scattered leaves, and a vertical spray of yellow flowers, all arranged in the careful manner of a naturalist's field illustration. At home in a desert lover's space or a botanist's study. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
