A dense field of crimson roses, delicate vines, and geometric flourishes fills this rectangular embroidery print, framed by an ornate border of interlocking patterns in deep navy, coral, and cream. The composition radiates outward from the center with the symmetrical rhythm of traditional Central Asian needlework, each motif rendered in rich, saturated hues against a warm ivory ground. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
