Description
Horizontal stripes of deep indigo alternate with cream and tan bands in a rhythmic, woven pattern that suggests traditional shibori textile techniques. The layered, organic texture creates a meditative surface where dark and light play in symmetrical repetition, evoking the hand-dyed quality of Japanese indigo cloth. At home in a bedroom, study, or any space seeking quiet sophistication and textile-inspired warmth. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
