An orange tabby cat stretches lazily atop a oversized piece of nigiri sushi, its body draped across white rice and wrapped with a band of dark nori. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily.
