Two possums face each other with intertwined serpents rising between them, rendered in warm earth tones and deep charcoal against a cream ground bordered by ornate gold filigree. The composition draws from classical tarot card artwork, with the Roman numeral VI and title "The Lovers" anchoring this reimagined Major Arcana card in a distinctly Australian creature mythology. At home in a spiritual practice space, eclectic bedroom, or gallery of tarot-inspired art. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
