A dark cat sits in profile against a cream and gold background, its head crowned with an ornate golden crescent moon halo that frames celestial imagery and clouds. The composition is rendered in an Art Nouveau style with bold outlines and muted earth tones, the title "THE PROTECTOR" appearing in capitals at the base of this tarot card illustration.
