Description
A pale-skinned hand emerges from behind a large black circle to grasp a coiled emerald-green serpent, its scales rendered in precise detail as the figure strangles it from above. The composition is set against a warm cream ground, with the snake's body curling dramatically downward, creating a bold graphic tension between the delicate hand and the writhing, patterned reptile. At home in a study, gallery space, or room that celebrates art history and bold illustration. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
