Description
A geometric diamond motif anchors the center of this North Persian textile, surrounded by smaller diamond shapes arranged in a symmetrical cross pattern, all rendered in deep crimson and burgundy against a warm cream ground. The composition is framed by a bold dark border filled with repeating geometric ornaments in rust, cream, and navy, with triangular sawtooth edging that echoes the traditional weaving patterns of the Varamin region. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
