Description
Overlapping sardine tins in peacock teal, burnt orange, and navy crowd a cream ground, their labels stacked and rotated to create a rhythmic, puzzle-like composition. The illustration style evokes mid-century packaging artwork, with hand-drawn linework and warm metallics evoking nostalgic European seafood markets and the graphic language of vintage tin labels. At home in a kitchen, dining room, or anywhere you celebrate culinary history and graphic design. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
