Description
A detailed topographic map of the Adirondack Mountains rendered in warm tan and cream tones depicts the region's terrain with fine lines, elevation markings, and geographic notations characteristic of 19th-century cartography. The composition fills the entire surface with a dense network of contours and place names, creating a sense of historical documentation and geographic complexity that invites close examination. For a study, cabin, or anywhere wanderlust and history converge. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
