Mushrooms, fungi, and delicate ferns scatter across a deep black ground in a lush, naturalistic composition rendered in warm earth tones and sage greens. The illustration style recalls Victorian botanical studies, with each specimen carefully detailed and arranged to create a sense of an enchanted forest floor teeming with life. For a naturalist's study, woodland-inspired bedroom, or anyone drawn to the mysteries of fungi and forest ecosystems. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
