Description
An antique cartographic rendering of Paris and its outlying regions shows a cream and tan base map with radiating roads and railway lines rendered in black ink, while the city center is highlighted in warm terracotta orange. The composition captures the dense urban core at the map's heart, with surrounding towns and villages sprawling outward in concentric patterns, creating a sense of Paris as a vital hub of 19th-century French geography and infrastructure. At home in a study, library, or anywhere nostalgia for European travel inspires wandering thoughts. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
