Description
A delicate bouquet of wildflowers and herbs hosts a profusion of butterflies and moths rendered in warm browns, blacks, and golds against a cream ground. The composition arranges specimens with the precision of natural history illustration, capturing both the fragile detail of insect wings and the subtle structure of flowering stems in muted earth tones. At home in a naturalist's study or above a vintage cabinet of curiosities. Made to order by hand at our own Denver facility, it arrives as nine wood panels, each a half-inch thick with a keyhole on the back so it hangs easily. The natural grain shows through the artwork, so no two come out exactly alike.
