A rigid grid of black lines warps and undulates across an almond cream ground, creating the illusion of a flexible surface beneath taut geometry. The hand-drawn quality of the lines introduces subtle irregularity that undermines the grid's mathematical precision, producing a tension between order and organic movement. Precision-cut from thick, satin-finish paperboard and made to order, in 500 or 1,000 pieces. An afternoon spent building an independent artist's work.
