Description

A solitary figure in silhouette strains beneath an enormous rectangular grid of tightly packed horizontal lines, rendered in black and gray tones against a soft cream ground. The composition captures a moment of struggle and burden, with the weight's massive scale emphasized by the tiny human form below it, conveying themes of pressure and perseverance through minimal, graphic means. Crafted from durable canvas-like poly-poplin and made to order, double-stitched with a cotton webbing strap. The everyday haul, from groceries to the beach, carrying an independent artist's work.
