A cream-colored dog with curly fur gazes directly forward with dark, soulful eyes, its gentle expression rendered in soft, naturalistic tones. Behind the portrait, an ornate background of warm rust and gold tones fills the composition with decorative circles and organic patterns reminiscent of early 20th-century decorative painting.
