My name is Christina Edwards and I am a professional photographer located in the Los Angeles area of Southern California. I have had a growing interest in art ever since I was a child. I was always very artistic and I took a lot of art classes, even through elementary school. When I was in very young, I started taking a lot of pictures during family vacations and grew very fond of photography.

I took my first photography class in 2004 and I knew at that moment that photography was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. After that, I took multiple photography courses at a local community college and then transferred and graduated from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara with my Bachelor of Arts in Professional Photography, majoring in Commercial Photography and Portraiture.

I have prior work experience as an Assistant Producer for Guitar Center, Inc., where I assisted the photography, video, and TV producers. I also have work experience with three different portrait studios, I have assisted many professional photographers with different assignments, I have completed a photo internship with Playboy Enterprises, Inc., I occasionally shoot for multiple different websites, and I have had my work featured in multiple galleries as well as multiple different magazines.

I have always been interested in music and horror movies, so I tend to move towards that subject matter with my personal portfolio, but I am very open minded and am always looking to broaden my horizons in order to grow as a more well-rounded professional photographer.
